Switch the money around. Israel doesn't need $14 billion. Give Israel the $100 million to move West bankers back to their land. The $14 billion to the UN to help it rebuild The Gaza.
Hard to believe that more democratic institutions are going to do much good. We have one of those and look at how our people vote, gerrymandering to one side. I know you hate to be scolded that we need to vote in more Democrats but that would t least be a start and we have a lot of trouble getting there. The political attractiveness of progressives here is not impressive.
