I'm not suggesting that their interest should prevail but I am suggesting that accomplishing medicare for all isn't just a matter of logic.
Both the Conyers and Sanders plans include serious assistance for insurance industry workers, many of whom would be, if they wanted, picked up by Medicare to help with the additional 160,000,000 plan participants. The primary victims would be industry executives and media ad sales buyers and sellers.
